At House of Purr, every royal feline deserves a worthy throne. Because our cat beds are made available through pre-order, please allow us time to prepare your order before it begins its journey to your kingdom.

Pre-Orders & Processing Time

All House of Purr products are available on a pre-order basis.

Orders are expected to ship within 7–21 business days after the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or applicable public holidays.

Please note that the 7–21 business day timeframe refers to the time before your order ships, not the total delivery time. Once your order has shipped, the actual delivery time will depend on the destination and the shipping carrier.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout for eligible destinations.

Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping information when tracking is available. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.

For international orders, including orders shipped to the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada, customs or import procedures may occasionally affect delivery times.

Delays

While we aim to ship all pre-orders within the stated 7–21 business day timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. These can include production issues, carrier disruptions, customs delays, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.
